Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Wealth Vow handles deliveries. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. All orders are processed and fulfilled by PHOTOAGENTUR SMART GmbH (Podersdorf am See, Austria) in compliance with Austrian law and EU e-commerce regulations.

1. General Information

  • Orders are processed and dispatched the same day or the following business day (excluding Austrian public holidays).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are based on this processing window and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or severe weather.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Central EU Free Shipping Zone:
    AT (Austria), DE (Germany), BE (Belgium), NL (Netherlands), LU (Luxembourg), CZ (Czech Republic), HU (Hungary), SK (Slovakia).
    → Available with a flat surcharge (see section 3).

  • Extended EU Zone:
    Other EU member states not listed above. Available with a flat surcharge (see section 3).

  • United Kingdom (UK):
    Available with a flat surcharge (see section 3).

  • United States (US):
    Available with a flat fee (see section 3).

  • Other International Destinations:
    Selected non-EU countries may be available. Availability and cost are shown at checkout.

Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional fees or longer delivery times (customers will be notified before checkout).

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Central EU (AT, DE, BE, NL, LU, CZ, HU, SK): Flat surcharge of €12. Dispatched within one business day, delivered typically within 3–5 business days.

  • Extended EU: Flat surcharge of €20. Typical delivery: 3–7 business days.

  • UK Orders: Flat surcharge of €30. Typical delivery: 5–7 business days.

  • US Orders: Flat surcharge of €35. Typical delivery: 7–14 business days.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Most orders ship the same day or the next business day.

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), dispatch may be delayed by up to one additional business day.

  • Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU Orders: All displayed prices include VAT. No additional duties apply within the EU.

  • UK & International Orders: Import duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned; any costs incurred may be deducted from refunds.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Wealth Vow is not liable for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delivery Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Delays: While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, Wealth Vow is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within 14 days after the expected delivery date, contact us for assistance. We will coordinate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, retain the packaging and notify us within 7 days (with photos). We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in the Return Policy.

9. Legal & Consumer Rights

  • Wealth Vow complies with Austrian consumer protection laws and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason (see Return Policy).

  • Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
